Jaguar island home to many life and one of the few places on the planet so far away from the current problems that no one on the island had a care in the world nestled away on this island was Enlil for the time being he was born here and like most in the world he traveled some but choose to stay where he was born for the time being. “How did It come to this?” This simple yet impeding thought keep antagonizing Enlil while he was squeezing the life out of his enslaver. As he drew his last breath the look of life leaving his eyes seemed like one of peace to him. Letting his lifeless corpse drop to the ground, it would create a thud. The sound would compel the young Enlil’s mind to ponder back to a week ago before the current chain of events unfolded.
The ocean air always brought a salty taste to the air and in the morning it was easy to see a mis forming holding the ground, along the island everything was just starting the numerous people who built up the islands economy had to wake up or the wheel would stop turning Enlil like always was mediating in the morning doing his normal routine which he called Morning Light, a tri-combination workout which strengthens the mind, body, and spirit in unison. His routine was simple and during this it was norma for islanders to come and watch Enlil was somewhat of a spectacle on the island but this morning no kids came to watch him as odd as it was he simply brushed it off each day would not be the same.
After finishing he would usually burst into the air reaching far above the cloud, then gracefully he would let his body fall from the air. Plummeting to the ground at ripping discord speeds he’d catch himself right before the clash of forces was imminent. A risk taker indeed Enlil was, his feet landed on the terrain then everything went black. He was blindsided out of nowhere and knocked unconscious, careless in his ways he learn a great lesson that day.
There were about three men but there was a lot more that had arrived on the island earlier that night they were child snatchers and with the current increase on price they figured it would be easy to take some kids off the island and then leave before anyone had fully woken up. Once Enlil was knocked out they would tie him up but one of the men would note his Ki and this would cause a debate he could be sold for more but if he woke up without supervision he would be to strong for the normal guard to handle and with that they slapped a pair of power dampening cuffs on the boy and threw him in a truck taking him away.
He woke up in a pod filled with unsavory characters from the looks of them, surely Enlil would take mental note of them all. Closing his eyes back he would begin meditating as to reflect and analyze the situation he was in and his options for escape. After what would seem like hours passing it would only be fifteen minutes before he would jolt up and begin moving around his new environment.
Being a child in a place like this was harsh to the average yet Enlil was cut from a different cloth, he was a priest after all. He would befriend a few who would be vital in his plans of escape through the speeches he would give. After one of said speeches Enlil would be walking back to his pod when a rather strange alien looking being would stop exactly nine feet in front of him. They were the same height from the looks of it and using his Ki Sense the young boy could tell he was warrior. “ I wish to aid you in your plan of escape.”
“I am Kojo, thrice Great grandson of Jimizu.” Enlil would stare the man up and down gauging his appearance once again, he was a very dark pink with a large head. Sporting pointed ears, bulbous eyes, and two whisker-like appendages on the sides of Kojo’s head. “ What race are you if you don’t mind me asking?” Kojo would smirk seeing the young boy stare him up and down in curiosity, funny it would be that way since he arrived on this planet. “ I am a Yardrat, my race of people and planet share the same name.” They would shake hands and return to the pod while talking about Kojo’s upbringing and the ways of his planet and people.
Enlil was fascinated with Kojo and decided to let him in on the plan to escape, he finally showed someone in the enslavement camp his true powers. He would pick up Kojo and raise him into the air with moving a single muscle then gently put him back on the ground. “With my knowledge of the camp layout and your powers it’s a sure thing we will attain our freedom. We should strike at lunch tomorrow Enlil, what do you think?” He would look at Kojo scan the room and look down at his restraints, “ I have fully regained my strength so we shall serve a cold dish tomorrow!” He would lift the keys off a patrolling enslaver without him noticing and tucked them in his tattered clothes.
The day was at hand the time was ripe and not many were in sight, Enlil position himself by Kojo so he can unlock their restraints. The sounds of him doing so would bring his mind back to after Enlil had killed his captor, releasing his body he would cut his eyes in Kojo’s direction. “ Let’s make our way to the exit Enlil, this way!” Enlil would follow in his direction covering him while he guided them towards freedom, this place was like a corridor or a maze that they we maneuvering through. Suddenly as what would seem like an exit would be blocked by some soldiers of tall and bulky stature, it didn’t take a brain surgeon to know what they were there for “Enlil… I got the one on the right.” Kojo would be smirking as he grew exponentially bigger.
Enlil would jump over the expanded Kojo sending a flying telekinetic fueled kick at the brute stationed on the left while Kojo sent the one on the right through the wall with a bone crushing punch to the chest. “Not too bad for an Yardratian or whatever you call yourselves, I like how you handled that business.” Enlil was to mature for his age, given the situation he was in and the place he making his escape from made it clear to anyone that his time as a child was simply over; he didn’t mind. The hole in the wall made by the grunt revealed sunlight which was an alleviating sign for the two, using Ki Sense and Kojo’s navigation they were able to escape without detection.
After traveling for some some hours the feeling of security stared to arise while panic and doubt were a thing of the past, they were able to make camp and develop a plan to to meet back in some time. Both having things to sort out before acted on what they discussed for the near future, if one doesn't die that is. Enlil would find something on the ground giving it a brief analysis before departing his new brother in arms with a burst of speed that would shatter the ground and the sound barrier as he flew off into the cosmos, Kojo smiling would put two fingers into his head and vanish into thin wind; the mission was complete
